STRUCTURAL DESIGN

Intrinsic to the packaging design process is the 3D design of the physical container. From the design of bespoke bottles to speciality promotional and limited edition gift packaging, our knowledge and experience of all the intricasies related to glass, tin, board and plastic manufacturing capabilities and limitations, plus labeling and production technical requirements ensure that whatever we imagine for a brand can become a reality.

 

MOCK UP SERVICE

We bring your packaging to life by transforming our flat artwork into 3-dimensional packs for presentation, market research or advertising. We create finely detailed, hand-made mock ups with Pantone-accurate colours using an exclusive, highly specialised Chromatec system and imported materials. This enables us to replicate luxury print effects such as foil stamping, embossing, matt, gloss and frosted finishes, so your packaging will look and feel like the real thing.

 

FINAL ARTWORK

This is the final step in our creation process. With over 30 years of experience in preparing artwork for print, we are able to ensure that the designs you have approved can be cost-effectively reproduced and perfectly printed across your entire product range. Our expertise includes high-end image manipulation and retouching which, together with our wide technical knowledge of print processes, enables us to supply colour consistent, legally correct, and accurate artwork – efficiently and quickly.

 

PRODUCTION CONSULTING

We stay close to each project as it goes into production, and will liaise with printers and suppliers as required to ensure that your brand arrives in the market place exactly as envisioned, and to assist in a seamless journey from creative concept to realisation.
